The first victory of the constitutional battle in India was achieved. The Supreme Court has won.

The fight to save the Constitution continues in India. On one side, there are some people who want to save the Constitution – like the opposition, which includes Congress and its allies. These people want to save the Constitution and believe in following the Constitution.HindiNews||YouTube||सुप्रीम कोर्ट की हुई जीत || संवैधानिक लङाई में हुई जीत || The Supreme Court || The Constitution ||

On the other hand, there are those who want to change the Constitution - like the ruling parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, popularly known as the Narendra Modi team, and its allies. Indian government institutions, big Indian media houses etc. come in their support.

These people want to change the Constitution as per their wish. These people are imagining such a constitution in which the leadership of the country will be in the power of a few people. These people want to create such an India in which the power of the country will be in their hands forever.

In other words, they want to have complete control over the country, they want to make India such that there is no transfer of power into other hands in future.

These people are living a free and innocent life in India despite committing scam after scam. With the help of law, the ruling party is putting the opposition leaders in jail or including them in their camp. ED, CBI raids the houses of the opposition, they are being harassed.

The Supreme Court has fought a similar battle against government institutions that have been sold off by the ruling party. In which the Supreme Court has won. This can be considered as the first victory in the battle for the Constitution.

In fact, the Supreme Court asked the government body SBI, which is in favor of the ruling Modi team, to share the information about electoral bonds with the Election Commission of India. But, SBI initially refused to accept the order of the Supreme Court, then after fighting the Supreme Court, it followed its order and gave all the information about the electoral bonds to the Election Commission.

It is known that through electoral bonds, the Bharatiya Janata Party (Modi team), which wants to change the Constitution and maintain one power in the country, has received Rs. 6,500 crore as donations. Modi team has become the richest party of India in a very short time. It has so much money that it can buy all the government institutions of the country.
