Kairana Lok Sabha seat of Uttar Pradesh was a topic of much discussion. Iqra Hasan is contesting from this Lok Sabha seat on behalf of Samajwadi Party (opposition party). Iqra Hasan is a young female candidate and she comes from the Muslim community.

The news has come to light that people of Kairana Lok Sabha seat have accused the election officials of slowing down the voting and excluding the names of voters from the voter list. Samajwadi Party and people of this Lok Sabha shared this information on the social media platform Twitter.

Samajwadi Party (India Alliance), the largest party of Uttar Pradesh, has shared information on the social media platform Twitter, in which it is written that the names of about 1500 voters have been removed from the voter list at booth number 172 of village Masavi of police station building in Kairana Lok Sabha seat. Has been made missing. The party has requested the Election Commission to take action on this matter.

In Kairana Lok Sabha seat itself, EVM machines were found faulty at many booths, due to which the elections were disrupted for several hours. Kairana SP candidate Iqra Hasan also complained to the District Election Officer regarding this and also demanded separate time for this.

Samajwadi Party has shared this information through tweet. It was written in the tweet that there is information about EVM machine malfunctioning at booth number 46 in Shamli of Kairana Lok Sabha. The Election Commission should take action and ensure fair voting.

The people of Kairana who were voting have complained about the officials present at the polling station.

In the complaint, the people of Kairana said that the officials present at the polling station are checking the Voter ID as well as the Aadhaar card. Some Muslim women are being checked by lifting their burqas. In fact, these officials are slowing down the voting in the name of investigation.

Due to this kind of complaints heard and seen on Uttar Pradesh Kairana Lok Sabha seat, the Election Commission needs to take concrete action on this. This is a direct constitutional crime. Raises questions on fair election system. Such behaviors and negligence of the Election Commission corrupts the electoral system of democracy and creates a sick democracy.
