After 76 years of independence, in India,

Uttar Pradesh police picked up Mangesh Yadav from his house
at 2 o'clock in the night and took him to
the police station and told his family members that they are taking him for
interrogation. When the family members asked too many questions, the police
also threatened to kill his sister.
Mangesh Yadav's family lives in a hut, they did not even
build a house under PM Yojana, most of the people are not educated, the police
declared Mangesh Yadav a criminal of looting crores of rupees and killed him in
an encounter, he was not allowed to reach the door of the court.
Was Mangesh Yadav's crime so big that he was not allowed to
go to the court? Did he commit murder, did he gang rape an engineering student
of Banaras Hindu University, was he running away from the law? He was none of
these, that he was sleeping in his small hut, when the police picked him up and
killed him in an encounter. This encounter is not of Mangesh Yadav but of
justice and the court.
The news is that the police of the Yogi government had forced
Mangesh Yadav to die by imposing big sections in small cases since 2021 itself. The police had already trapped Mangesh Yadav.
Because he came from a poor and helpless family. Due to the black deeds of the
police, he could not even pass matriculation. Nothing was found in the raid
conducted at Mangesh Yadav's house in the Sultanpur robbery. Only on the basis
of the case filed by the police against Mangesh Yadav, the police did not let
him reach the court and killed him in an encounter.
After 76 years of independence, in India, the young citizen
was not sentenced by the court, he was sentenced by the police killed. In a
theft case, the police took a youth whose stolen goods were not recovered from
him to the police station on the pretext of interrogation and pronounced death
sentence on him by declaring him a criminal. When the police had been given so
much power, then why did the police not encounter the person who gang-raped an
engineering student of Banaras Hindu University? Was Mangesh Yadav not a bigger
criminal than this? This is not the murder of innocent Mangesh Yadav by the
police but the murder of the court which is silent on the increasing crime of
the police.
