After killing Mangesh Yadav in an encounter, UP STF's Vimal Singh and his team were seen smiling and posing for a photo. Jhansi's Pushpendra Yadav was killed in an encounter by a sub-inspector named Dharmendra Singh, after which Pushpendra Yadav's wife also committed suicide after not getting justice.

 

The main accused in this case are Vipin Singh and Vinay Shukla. There are more than 5 Thakurs in this case.

 

According to Article 20 of the Constitution, no person can be punished more than the crime committed. Mangesh Yadav was accused of robbery. According to this, the maximum punishment for robbery would have been 10 years.

 

The names of the accused in the Sultanpur robbery case are Sachin Singh, Pushpendra Singh, Anuj Pratap Singh, Vivek Singh, Durgesh Pratap Singh, Vinay Shukla and Mangesh Yadav and 3 more people.
