The court granted bail to the BJP official who gang-raped an engineering student within two months!
An engineering student of Banaras Hindu University was
gang-raped by some youths in the campus of the college in Banaras. A video of
this was made. The video went viral. Legal action was initiated on the basis of
the video. The students of the university protested against this incident in
Banaras. But the protest was suppressed by the Uttar Pradesh police.
The police suppressed the matter in such a way that after
that, till date, not even a single protest was held against this case. There
was silence in the university against this matter. When the police tried to
investigate this matter, the culprit of the victim was found to be three youths
who gang-raped the student and these three youths turned out to be officers of
the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of Banaras.
There is also news that the officer who was appointed for the
first time to investigate the gang rape case was later removed from the
investigation. Not only this, the person who gang-raped an engineering student
of Banaras Hindu University, benefited a lot because he was close to BJP
officials, Banaras MP Narendra Modi, Smriti Irani and Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath.
For the first time, bulldozers were not used on the houses of
these criminals. Secondly, he was not arrested for about two months. And now
the news is that in such a serious case, two criminals have got bail within two
months, he has been released from jail. The third one will also get bail. The
information is that the right side was not presented in the court on behalf of
the gang rape victim, due to which he got bail.
The real thing is that the criminal belongs to BJP, due to
this nothing can be done to him. All types of crimes of BJP people are
forgiven, because these people are patriots. They committed gang rape out of
patriotism. Maybe later their case will also be hushed up and if the court
gives a verdict that these people did not commit gang rape, then people should
not be worried at that time.
