The biggest player in this incident turned out to be the President of India. The President also gave a statement on the Kolkata murder-rape case that I am very scared. The only reason for this is that there is no BJP government in West Bengal and there is Mamata ji's, India Alliance government in West Bengal. Uttar Pradesh where there is a BJP government.
