Who played the game of trapping unemployed youth Ashwani Kumar in the Rs 250 crore GST fraud scam?
Who played the game of trapping unemployed youth Ashwani
Kumar in the Rs 250 crore GST fraud scam?
Now a big and terrible economic scam has been revealed in
India regarding GST. Modi government had brought GST so that people do not
commit fraud in the name of company or employment. But some clever people have
found a way out of the government's cleverness, this can be considered an open
challenge to the government.
Modi government, which kept claiming that a law like GST has
been brought to end the corruption going on in the name of private companies,
today the truth of that government's GST has been exposed. Today GST has been
exposed and it has come to light that through this, companies can commit fraud
and that too can be done on a large scale.
After this, it also seems logical that what is being said
about Gautam Adani that Adani Group has committed fraud through various fraud
companies, seems to be true with the exposure of this scam. Hindenburg's
disclosure and what Rahul Gandhi said about Gautam Adani all seem logical.
This scam has happened in a state where there is a BJP
government. You can consider it a coincidence. But it is not a coincidence,
rather it is completely logical. Because, this work cannot be done without the
help of the government department.
In Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, GST department employees
reached the door of an unemployed youth's house and the GST officer told the
youth that GST number has been taken in his name and a company is running, in
which GST e-billing transactions of about Rs 250 crore have also been done.
When the Uttar Pradesh Police took this matter in their hands
and started investigating at their level, then this scam of Rs 250 crore, a
case of fraud came to light. After investigating this case, the police officer
said that a few days ago, an unemployed youth Ashwani Kumar, a resident of
Barsu village of Kartanpuri police station area, received a call for a job on
WhatsApp and on the basis of that call, in greed for the job, Ashwani Kumar
sent him all the documents asked by them on WhatsApp.
The police said that Ashwani Kumar says that he also sent Rs
1750 to that company as fee. But, this unemployed youth Ashwani Kumar did not
get the job, rather a fake company and bank account were opened in his name and
he was implicated in GST e-way billing fraud of about Rs 250 crore.
The police are investigating this case further. But this case
does not seem to be a simple fraud, but a big scam. Congress leader Rahul
Gandhi has accused the Adani Group of a similar fraud case. Gautam Adani has
committed a fraud of Rs 21,000 crores through fraudulent companies, for which
Congress is demanding a JPC to investigate, but the Modi government is running
away from forming a JPC. Let me tell you that the government does not even have
the details of the fraudulent companies through which Adani has been accused of
committing a fraud of Rs 21,000 crores.
