Why FIR against Leader of Opposition? Another big insult by BJP against Baba Saheb.
Now even the opposition leader of India is not safe. The ruling party has filed an FIR against him for raising his voice. BJP has prepared to trap him in the legal net. During the last Lok Sabha, hundreds of MPs were suspended and this time when there is no power to suspend, an FIR has been filed against the opposition leader to suppress the opposition by taking the help of law.
First the Home Minister of the ruling party gave a statement in the House insulting the constitution maker Baba Saheb and when the opposition leaders asked the Home Minister to apologize for this statement, then the matter was given another turn and opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has been implicated.
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has given a big statement on this. Bihar opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav has condemned the legal action taken by the ruling party against the opposition leader of India. He has said that this action was taken to suppress the main issue. In this way, the democracy of the country cannot be kept alive. To put it simply, it is like suppressing the voice of the opposition.
The opposition leader of Bihar also called Amit Shah's statement useless and said that this is useless talk and useless FIR which you also know. The way Amit Shah has insulted Baba Saheb in the House and the opposition has raised its voice against it, this conspiracy was hatched to divert the attention from that issue. He further said that the people of the country are not fools that they will believe the picture shown by these people.
SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav has also made a big disclosure about the FIR against Rahul Gandhi and the policies of BJP which the people of India and all other non-BJP leaders need to understand. He clearly said in front of the media that one thing should be understood by all of us and you. I have been seeing this for the last several years and especially in Uttar Pradesh. Bharatiya Janata Party has a well thought out model that they first do unconstitutional work, illegal work and if you come forward to raise your voice against it, then the government takes action against you. Akhilesh Yadav said this when he was protesting with his MPs to save the identity of Baba Saheb.
Independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav has made a big disclosure regarding the legal action taken against Rahul Gandhi. He said that the case for which an FIR has been filed against Rahul Gandhi is all captured in CCTV cameras. It should be seen. The truth is that the BJP people were not allowing the opposition to enter the House. The ruling party BJP people had closed the door of the House and were abusing the opposition. They were using insulting words. Rahul Gandhi was being called a goon. Not only this, the BJP people started pushing and shoving MP Priyanka Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi has come forward to save her. Even then Rahul Gandhi was talking about going through another door. Amit Shah has spoken unconstitutionally about the architect of the Constitution, Baba Saheb, that too in the House.
