Jan Suraj Party chief Prashant Kishore, who bakes his
political bread in the name of students, had made Gandhi Maidan the center of
protests for many days, converted the ground into a toilet, it became difficult
for common people to come to Gandhi Maidan.
Now the administration has freed Gandhi Maidan from the
clutches of Prashant Kishore.
But the question arises that on what basis did Prashant
Kishore protest in Gandhi Maidan for three to four days, and then on what basis
was this person granted bail. Whereas, protesting in Gandhi Maidan is illegal.
The police did not allow anyone to protest here. Many leaders have gone to jail
for protesting at places other than the designated place.
But Prashant Kishore turned Gandhi Maidan into a toilet
ground, despite this, no legal action was taken against Prashant Kishore which
has been done with other people in Bihar in this case.
