In the Delhi Assembly elections 2025, Aam Aadmi Party is in a situation of burning Lanka. All the stalwarts lost the elections. Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal could not save himself either. Kejriwal did not lose by a large margin, but he lost.

Those who defeated Kejriwal do not belong to any common family, but come from a political background. The credit for defeating Kejriwal goes to the children of former Chief Ministers of Delhi.

One who emerged victorious is BJP's Parvesh Verma. Parvesh Verma defeated Kejriwal, who is a descendant of BJP's former Chief Minister of Delhi.

Another person who defeated Kejriwal also contributed. And that is the Dixit family. He is the son of former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit. Sheila ji was the Chief Minister of Congress.

However, Aam Aadmi Party was fighting the elections alone in Delhi. It did not form an alliance with Congress. In this sense, it would not be fair to say that Kejriwal lost the election because of Dikshit. But it can be said that if Kejriwal had contested the Delhi election with the support of Congress, AAP's Lanka Dahan could have been avoided. Because Kejriwal lost almost the same number of votes as Dikshit got.

Kejriwal had come up with main issues like bringing Lokpal bill against corruption, cleaning Yamuna.

But Kejriwal did not bring Lokpal bill in his ten years of rule and did not even try to clean Yamuna river. And on top of that, he became accused of liquor scam!

Kejriwal presented his small work as if he had done a very big work. Let's say he fooled the public. The people of Delhi understood that Kejriwal considers us fools and burnt Kejriwal's Lanka like Hanuman.
