Stampede in Maha Kumbh.
The bodies of people lying still and wrapped in clothes who
had come from every corner of India to the Maha Kumbh organized by a Hindu king
in Prayagraj, screamed that an unpleasant event had taken place in the
‘Mahakumbh’ – something untoward had happened. In this event, about ten people
have said goodbye to their homes and families forever.
After this stampede, a large number of people are searching
for their loved ones. People are wandering here and there. But there is no
trace of their loved ones. The government has also become incapable in this
search. Leader Akhilesh Yadav has urged the government to release the list of
the dead so that the people who are searching for their loved ones can at least
know that their man is alive.
Chest pain, body filled with fear, not a penny in the pocket
– everything was lost in the stampede, what will happen next? No one knows. As
if the Maha Kumbh Yatri, drowned in problem, said that we have come from
Maharashtra to this Maha Kumbh. My wife was trampled by around two hundred to
two hundred and fifty people, she became naked and I could not do anything. A
pilgrim said
There was a stampede- stampede! The crowd trampled all of us.
There was not a single policeman here. No one came here for around half an
hour. People kept trampling each other. We ran away to save our lives. I do not
have money, everything got destroyed in the stampede. How will we go to our
home? The stampede left my mother naked. The police said to my mother that you
bathe naked, what happened if you become naked? A pilgrim said.
The bodies wrapped in clothes and lying quietly may be
removed by the living people and rejected by cleaning the clothes, but the
truth cannot be harmed that the 'Mahakumbh' was the sleep of Kumbhakaran and at
that time people blinded by religion trampled each other. Animals trample and
trains trample. But these blind people trampled their own people while bathing
in the Ganges, doesn't this show that religion has blinded the people living in
India!
The government had publicised the Mahakumbh a lot. The people of India were told loudly that better arrangements have been made in the Mahakumbh than all the previous times. This is the government of Hindus - you are welcome and safe in the Mahakumbh. The government had publicised the fact that about 40 crore people will come to this Mahakumbh, but we have made arrangements for 100 crore people.
